Precast Segmental Tunnel Liners
Applications:
Our precast concrete segments are used in the construction of large diameter tunnels. The liners are installed in the field in a series of segments supporting the surrounding area.
PCTL can also feature an integrated High Density Polyethylene Liner (HDPE) to deal with corrosive or harsh environments within the tunnel.

Steel Segmental Tunnel Liners
Applications:
Our four flange watertight thrustable steel liner plate is robotically manufactured in our facility. Our fully customizable design allows us to put strength where it is required in the segments.
All segments are complete with grout holes to fill the annular space. The Segment Liners can be manufactured for erector arms or manual installation for any diameter or weight. Galvanizing is also available.

Rib Support Systems
Applications:
All lengths are cold rolled, cut and robotically transferred to a welding station. The automated process is specifically designed to cold roll wide flange H-Beams, I-beams and channels.
Our automated system allows us to produce a variety of sizes and maintain consistent tolerances. Various configuration of tunnel shapes including circular or horseshoe supports can be fabricated according to any design criteria.
